For parking, please use the nearby Lidl supermarket car park and walk from there to the salon.

Please only come with people who have an appointment, or one parent if your child has an appointment.

Due to limited seating, please do not bring extra children or guests to the salon.

Please note that hair washing is temporarily unavailable, so make sure your hair is washed at home before your appointment.

Please also use the toilet before arriving.

If these rules are not followed, your account/profile may be blocked and you may no longer be able to make appointments.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All changes and cancellations must be made through your confirmation email. You can modify your appointment up to 6 hours in advance. Changes made within 6 hours will result in a fee.

  • 10 minutes late: service will be shortened.
    15 minutes late: appointment cancelled (full fee charged)

    Applies to all clients, including cash payments.

  • Do not park in NP-marked spaces or in prohibited parking areas.

  • WhatsApp is only for new clients, cash payment inquiries, or location-related questions.

  • If you cancel your appointment within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund. Late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • are possible by prior agreement only. As the booking system requires advance payment, this must be arranged beforehand. Applies to existing clients and subscriptions.

  • The same prices apply as for adults.

    Children must be able to sit still. If not, the service may be completed faster and may not be perfect. Full fee applies.

  • I stay focused during work and limit communication outside of business hours. Therefore, I only respond to essential messages.

  • Clients must arrive with freshly washed hair. Hair washing in the shop is available for €5.

  • The salon is located upstairs and is accessible by stairs only. Please note that this may be challenging for elderly clients or individuals with limited mobility.

  • Yes. The barber may cancel and refund your appointment if needed. Changes will be discussed in advance. Please provide correct contact details when booking. If unreachable, your appointment may be cancelled.

  • I work by appointment only. You can check availability in the online booking system. If fully booked, you may join the waiting list through the booking system.
