1. Introducing No Show Policy
“My goal in establishing this policy is to prevent clients not attending their booked service. past no-shows/ last-minute cancellations have accumulated which have made it difficult for me and my business to grow.
Bookings do tend to get very limited and when no shows occur, my other clients who are on the waiting list, who would have happily taken that appointment initially, miss out on their haircut. If I'm given late notice of a cancellation, then I do not have enough time to book someone else in to fill that appointment time.”
2. My No Show Cancellation Policy
• If you do not show up for your appointment, also If you mix up the times, it will still be considered a no-show. you will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
• If you need to cancel, you must give 24 hours' notice. No fee will be charged if you cancel at this time.
• If you cancel on the day of your appointment, this will constitute a no-show, and the full booked amount will be charged.

“I did not introduce these rules to make extra money, but to keep my business fair for everyone. All I ask for is good communication. Just give your barber more notice when it comes to things like cancellations and not attending your appointment because at the end of the day this is a business, and not communicating ends up wasting my time and falling back onto my business.
The more you are vocal with me, the more it will benefit all other clients as a collective. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation”
